Richter had always been a skilled killer, but he never took pleasure in the act. It was simply a means to an end, a way to clean up the streets and make the world a better place. But when he received a call from a mysterious woman claiming to be the mother of the Mask Maniac, he couldn't help but be intrigued. She offered him a chance to join her cause, to help her take down the corrupt system that had allowed the Maniac to thrive. At first, Richter was skeptical.
